The carotid courses are two significant veins in the neck that supply blood to the mind, neck, and face. There are two carotid courses on each side of the neck: the normal carotid supply route, which bifurcates into the inner and outer carotid conduits. The interior carotid conduit supplies blood to the cerebrum, while the outer carotid course supplies blood to the face and scalp.
